2016 Purdue Master Gardener State Conference
Dear Potential Vendors,
The Master Gardener Association of Tippecanoe County and Purdue Master Gardener State Office invite you to be a vendor/exhibitor at the Purdue Master Gardener State Conference, June 16-18, 2016 at the Four Points by Sheraton in West Lafayette, IN. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with 250-300 Purdue Master Gardeners from around the state of Indiana. Please note that we are including a Thursday evening, June 16, “Dinner with the Vendors/Exhibitors” for additional selling time. We invite vendors to participate in this pre-conference event where heavy hors d’ouerves will be served at no additional cost to vendors.
By participating in the conference you will have the opportunity to connect with people who are
*well educated and actively learning about lawn, garden and landscaping
*committed to the environment including active in organic gardening
*willing to use their disposable income to support innovative enhancements of their gardens
Vendors/exhibitors space will be monitored by a security guard and vendors spaces are in a large room or an open display area. Each vendor will have a 6 foot table (un-skirted) with 2 chairs and an electrical hook-up if requested within a 6X9 foot space for $60.00. Additional 6’ tables will be made available for @ $15.00 each (Maximum 2 additional tables).
